  I would highly recommend the Source Bracebridge. The staff were happy to help me get set up quickly with a new phone when my old one was on its way out. They gave me a couple of options to suit my needs and enough information to make an educated decision on the best phone for me. If that wasn't enough after taking my new phone home I ended up going back twice because I was having some technical issues getting everything set up and the team there was happy to help walk me through how to get everything running smoothly. A big shout out to Ben, thanks for all your help in choosing a new phone and getting it up and going, I love it.

  We purchased Beats wireless earbuds boxing day 2106 with 3yr extended warranty. They broke and Apple would not cover. The Source corp advised they could not cover until Apple warranty expired. The local store manager honored their commitment and replaced with a new site. BEST DECISION FOR ALL INVOLVED. Thank you for going above and beyond to make a happy customer. We will be sure to shop here many more times!

  A typical visit as with any Source. Staff is friendly but knowledge of products across all staff and inventory is sporadic. Service was good and return policy is reasonable.
